DATE AND VENUE
The Discovery Central Asia Travel Forum will take place from 27 to 28 April, 2013.
It is hosted by Silk Road Media, a British publishing house celebrating 10 years of bringing Central Asia’s culture, people, wildlife and business to the world, and distributing international publications in Central Asia.
PRICING AND ACCOMMODATION:
The registration fee for international companies is £1,000
The registration fee for companies from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan is 100£.
Participation for companies from Tajikistan is complimentary if the registration form is submitted before February 1, 2013; otherwise the fee is 50£
Directions to the Venue of the Forum and accommodation paid by the participants themselves.
VISA
International delegates must obtain a visa for the Tajik Republic – by ticking the visa box in the registration form above attendees will be sent an application form which they must process at their relevant embassy.
LANGUAGES
The forum presentations will be conducted in English and Russian.
