DCATF - Forum Format

1. DATE AND VENUE

The Discovery Central Asia Travel Forum will take place from 28 to 29 April, 2012, at the Golden Dragon Hotel, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

It is hosted by Silk Road Media, a British publishing house celebrating 10 years of bringing Central Asia’s culture, people, wildlife and business to the world, and distributing international publications in Central Asia.

11:00 Opening Ceremony. Venue: banqueting hall. Open to all participants

After the ceremony there will be a chance to view arts and crafts from local producers including Koldo Shop, Balazhan, Altyn Kol, Daairy, Tumar, and Kyrgyz Heritage; visit majestic places of Kyrgyzstan through Andrew Chen's photographs; paintings of Kyrgyz artists; and enjoy some wine tasting from Yann Le Coz/Nova Vina.

VISA

International delegates must obtain a visa for the Kyrghyz Republic – by ticking the KG visa box in the registration form above attendees will be sent an application form which they must process at their relevant embassy.

The forum presentations will be conducted in English and Russian.
